Education is a precious commodity.

One that I cannot risk being without. My family and my future depend on my education.

That's why the American Indian College Fund has one unwavering purpose – increasing the number of American Indians who hold college degrees.

In the past ten years, the percentage of Native Americans with college degrees has increased from less than 11% to 15.5%-- that’s over 300,000 people! Every single degree earned has changed the life of a person, the lives of their family and the lives of people in their community.

Every single degree matters.

Every single student matters.

Every single tribal nation matters.

When you give, I go to work. I will not be stopped.

$283.7m invested into Native Communities, 153,890 scholarships awarded since 1989, 93% College Fund Scholars use their education to give back to their communities. How your donations are used - 5% management and general, 21% fundraising, 74% scholarships, programs, and public education.

About Us

We are the nation’s largest and highest-rated American Indian nonprofit organization changing the face of higher education today – one American Indian at a time. We provide more scholarships to American Indians than anyone else, and we’re the only organization that enhances this individualized financial support by funding accredited, tribally controlled colleges and universities and contributing to programs that ensure student success — starting before the first day of preschool and continuing beyond a student’s first day of their first career job.
